Nailted raised €380,000 in a round led by Bewater Funds through its Bewater II FCRE vehicle, with existing backer Big Sur Ventures also in the cap table; the company said it would use the money to accelerate product development and launch Nailted Academy, a leadership-training offering. Note: while Spanish press (El Referente, Computing, Capital-Riesgo) reported the €380K as a funding round and Crunchbase files it as a Seed round dated 2023-05-17, Bewater's own announcement describes the 380K as a secondary transaction providing liquidity to several existing shareholders rather than new primary capital; Nailted was described as profitable and cash-flow positive at the time. Lanzadera (accelerator) and Siesta Ventures also appear as Nailted backers in databases but are not attributed to a specific round.
