Sycai Medical closed a €780,000 seed round led by Ship2B Ventures through its BSocial Impact Fund, with Banco Sabadell's BStartup and Athos Capital participating, to complete clinical trials and finish the CE medical-device certification needed to bring its AI pancreatic-cancer detection software to market. The company had previously received a €75,000 Startup Capital grant from the Catalan agency ACCIO, which is not counted as a venture round.
