Sycai Medical (legal entity Sycai Technologies S.L.) is a Barcelona-based healthtech startup founded in 2020 that builds AI software to help radiologists detect, characterise and monitor pre-malignant abdominal lesions in CT and MRI scans, covering the pancreas, liver and kidneys. It obtained CE marking under MDR for its pancreas application in summer 2024 after completing its first clinical trial in 2023, and raised a €3M round in January 2025 led by LUMO Labs and Ship2B Ventures.
