Amadix is a Spanish molecular diagnostics company developing blood-based (liquid biopsy) tests combined with AI and clinical data for early cancer detection, before symptoms appear. Its product line includes PreveCol (colorectal cancer and advanced adenoma), Diagnolung (lung cancer) and Pancreadix (pancreatic cancer); PreveCol received FDA Breakthrough Device Designation in 2024. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Valladolid with an office in Madrid, the company has raised financing from Spanish/European VC funds and received a €15M EIB loan in February 2025 to fund US clinical validation and international expansion.
