Amadix (Advanced Marker Discovery) carried out a €2M capital increase alongside its merger with Barcelona-based Transbiomed, taking 100% of Transbiomed's equity. The CRB Bio II fund managed by CRB Inverbío put in €1.5M and Inveready Seed Capital €0.5M, leaving CRB Bio II, Inveready, Fondo Tecnológico Seguranza, ADE Capital Sodical and Transbiomed's founders as shareholders.
