Amadix — Series C · €1.9M

Equity crowdfunding round run on the Capital Cell platform that was opened in June 2021 with a €1.6M target and closed oversubscribed at about €1.9M from roughly 600 investors, including a Spanish family with a long tradition in healthcare; Amadix later reported the final tally as €1.97M, the largest round Capital Cell closed in 2021. Proceeds were earmarked for commercialising Colofast (later renamed PreveCol). Separately, in January 2022 Amadix was awarded a €2.5M EIC Accelerator grant, which is not counted as a round here.
