Zubi Capital is a Madrid-based independent impact asset manager that designs investment strategies across venture debt, venture capital, and private equity, targeting market-rate financial returns alongside measurable social and environmental impact. Its venture capital arm (Diversity Catalyst VC) backs early-stage, pan-European tech startups founded by underrepresented entrepreneurs that address social or environmental challenges. The firm is part of Zubi Group and in 2024 became the first Spanish impact investment manager to receive funding from SETT (€8M committed to purpose-led technology).
