Boopos announced a $30M Series Seed combining debt and equity, led by London-based fintech investor Fasanara Capital, to finance acquisitions of online businesses with underwriting in under 48 hours. Spanish press reported the round as roughly €26.5M; angels including Eduardo Vilar (Affirm) and Juan de Antonio (Cabify) also took part.
