Zubi Labs is an impact venture builder headquartered in Valencia, Spain (with additional offices in Madrid and Barcelona) that creates and scales startups designed to generate combined social, environmental, and economic returns. Founded in 2014 by entrepreneur Iker Marcaide (also founder of Flywire, the first Spanish company listed on Nasdaq), it builds companies in-house — providing initial capital, an operational team, and strategic support from idea stage through scaling — across climate tech, circular economy, deep tech, edtech, proptech, and social inclusion. It is now part of the broader Zubi Group, alongside Zubi Capital, Zubi Cities, and Imagine Montessori School.
