Woltea

Woltea is a Madrid-based climate-tech startup that sells, installs and finances residential air-source heat pump (aerotermia) systems in Spain, positioning itself as the first Spanish company 100% focused on aerothermal solutions. It covers the full customer journey — design, installation, subsidy management (up to ~€6,600 in public grants) and tailored financing — and uses technology and industrialised processes to make heat pump installation faster and more scalable across the EU residential sector. It was created inside Zubi Labs, the impact venture builder founded by Flywire co-founder Iker Marcaide, and is an early/pre-seed stage company with a small team (roughly 2-10 people on LinkedIn) based in Madrid with a secondary presence in Valencia.
