Dozen Investments (formerly The Crowd Angel) is a Barcelona-based CNMV-authorised equity crowdfunding platform that lets private investors co-invest from a few thousand euros into vetted Spanish startups, typically at pre-seed/seed and early growth stage across tech, fintech, healthtech and marketplaces. Launched in 2011-2012 by Ramon Saltor with VC firm Inveready as majority backer, it rebranded to Dozen in February 2021 and reports over €40M-€150M channelled across 200+ rounds with 20,000+ registered investors, and has co-invested in companies such as Glovo, mediQuo, Stayforlong and Cuideo. In November 2024 it was acquired by and integrated into Orbyn Group (owner of Fellow Funders and Tadaima), though it continues to operate as its own platform; the current CEO is Jaime Gil-Delgado, not the founders.
