Fellow Funders is a Madrid-based equity crowdfunding platform founded in 2016 by capital-markets professionals and authorised by the CNMV under the EU crowdfunding regulation (Regulation (EU) 2020/1503). Individual and professional investors can co-invest from €500 in start-ups, scale-ups and real estate projects, including pre-IPO rounds of companies preparing to list on alternative markets. Every project must pass an in-house risk-scoring and valuation process before it is listed. The platform has run more than 50 funding rounds across sectors such as medtech, biotech, fintech, foodtech, agrotech, fashion, travel and real estate, and has more than 28,000 registered investors. Notable deals include Simply Solar, which listed on BME Scaleup in 2025, and the pre-IPO round of NZI Helmets. Fellow Funders is part of the Orbyn financial group.
