Conquer Finance

Conquer Finance is a Madrid-based online trading and investment academy, founded in 2020 as Formación en Inversión and rebranded to Conquer Finance. It teaches a proprietary prop-trading method (MATVARD/Conquer) so students can pass prop-firm exams and manage funded accounts without risking their own capital, and claims 2,000+ students trained. Beyond the academy it runs FILAO, a tokenised private investors' club (DAO, Polygon) that co-invests in digital assets and early-stage startups; CEO Félix Fuertes is also a listed Spanish business angel and managing partner of beToken Capital. Team is small (about 6 people on LinkedIn); no VC-backed round is on record, only a €300k participatory-financing round via Fellow Funders in 2022.
