Scoolinary is a subscription-based online academy for the hospitality and gastronomy industry, offering 400+ video courses in cooking, pastry, bakery, mixology, coffee, wine and restaurant management taught by Michelin-starred chefs and world-class professionals. Founded in Mallorca in 2020 by the team behind Habitissimo, it is a seed-stage, B Corp-certified edtech with 400,000+ students, accreditation from Worldchefs and the American Culinary Federation, and teams in Spain, Argentina and Peru. It raised roughly €2M+ in seed funding from Spanish VCs plus an ENISA loan, and expanded into Latin America by acquiring Cocina Lab in 2021.
