SScoolinary — Seed (estimated) · approximately €1M
When Scoolinary announced it had bought the Peruvian platform Cocina Lab in September 2021, it said its founders, Spanish business angels and Spanish investment funds had put about €1M into the company. The press gave this as a total rather than a round with its own date, and named no lead. The company also took an ENISA participative loan with a two-year grace period, which is not counted here. Crunchbase and PitchBook name Bonsai Partners, Cabiedes & Partners and 4Founders Capital as its investors. Crunchbase also lists a seed round on 2022-06-21, and PitchBook puts the total raised at $2.44M with Toubkal Partners as a further investor. No press announcement confirms either figure, so no separate round is listed for them.
