Genius e-Mobility Systems, the company behind Mooevo, opened this equity crowdfunding round on Fellow Funders in May 2020. It closed at €330,147, which was 120% of its target, with 138 mostly non-professional investors. Mooevo later opened a second Fellow Funders round in November 2021 (€800K target, up to €1M), but no confirmed close was found, so it is left out. Tracxn also lists an undisclosed May 2021 seed investment from Ship2B that no press release confirms, so it is left out too.
