The Crowd Angel (now Dozen) is a Barcelona equity-crowdfunding platform for startups. It raised €1.3M in a corporate round, with new partners joining, to grow the platform and increase deal flow. By then it had channelled €19M into 46 startups, including Glovo and Pangea Aerospace. No lead is named, and it isn't clear whether existing shareholders Inveready, Keyword VC and Sevenzonic took part.
