Kämpe is a Valencia-based edtech platform that trains people for high-demand technical trades — electricity, plumbing and HVAC — through intensive bootcamps, official certifications (IBTB, RITE) and a subscription app where students build a verifiable professional profile, then places them directly with employers, refunding the money if they are not hired within 100 days. Founded in 2023 inside impact venture builder Zubi Labs (Iker Marcaide, Flywire), it has raised roughly €900k pre-seed plus a ~€665k convertible-note crowdfunding round on Startupxplore closed in mid-2026, and reports ~1,500 students trained, ~700 partner companies hiring and a ~€1.5M revenue run-rate for 2026. It places apprentices in Madrid and other Spanish cities.
