HACK A BOSS is a Galician tech-education and talent company founded in 2018-2019 in A Coruña, Spain, that runs intensive 16-week bootcamps in Web Development, Data Analytics and Data Science & AI, plus a corporate upskilling platform (Boost Academy) and an AI-powered tech recruitment service (Boost Talent). It sells both B2C to career-changers and B2B to large enterprises such as Inditex/Zara, MAPFRE, Vodafone, NTT DATA, Santander, Denodo and Sacyr, and was the only Galician company in LinkedIn's Top Startups Spain 2023 list. In October 2024 it raised €5.5M led by Axon Partners Group; founder Pablo Rodríguez stepped down as CEO in 2024 (replaced by ex-Telefónica executive Vicente Muñoz) and now leads Business & Product.
