TeraDx — Pre-seed

Zubi Labs, the impact venture builder of Iker Marcaide's Zubi Group, came in as a strategic partner and investor in TeraDx. It put in an undisclosed amount of capital along with venture-building support and governance to take the saliva test for head and neck cancer into clinical practice. Separately, on 18 Nov 2025 the Institut Valencià de Finances approved a €149,900 participative co-investment loan (7-year term, FEDER co-financed), which is public debt and not counted as a round. The company says it plans its first round with a co-investor in 2026, and no close has been reported yet.
