Skills4Impact is a Barcelona-based sustainability and climate-action training academy (legal entity Skills For Impact SL) that upskills professionals and companies in 'future skills' — green skills (ESG/ESRS/IFRS sustainability reporting, climate risk), digital skills (AI and data analytics) and human skills — via cohort-based courses, intensive bootcamps and mentoring with an expert network, delivered with AI-powered practical learning. Founded in 2024 by a team of four, it is a certified B Corp and counts EADA Business School as its academic partner; it reports 50+ client organisations and a 3,000+ member community. In October 2024 impact venture builder Zubi Labs (Zubi Group) came in as a strategic investor alongside co-founding investor R4S Group, with the amount undisclosed.
