Gocleer
Gocleer was a Barcelona-based insurtech that sold flexible, digital-first car and micro-mobility insurance, rewarding users with lower premiums and cashback for driving less, driving safely and choosing low-emission or active mobility. Founded in 2020 by ex-Waze/CarSync operator Antonio Morales with Danae Vara and Ángel Casarrubio, it raised ~€930K in a seed round led by Antai Venture Builder in 2021 and partnered with carriers including AXA, Munich Re, Reale and Arag. Its operating entity Yukar Digital was declared in terminal bankruptcy by Barcelona Commercial Court No. 1 in February 2024 with no assets and ~€3M in liabilities.
