HHumara
Humara is a Galicia-based (Ourense, Spain) software company building an AI-powered SaaS platform for the design and operation of waste and recycling plants. Its Humara Design product runs physics-based simulations of 82 waste materials through real separation equipment to cut plant design cycles from ~4 months to days, while Humara Operate adds an AI copilot ("Duplantis") that connects to live SCADA data for real-time operator recommendations. Founded in 2021, it has been used to design 250+ plants across Europe and Latin America for customers including Veolia, FCC Medio Ambiente, PreZero, Ecoembes and EGF, and closed a €1.2M Seed round in May 2026 led by Impact Shakers. The company is remote-first and headquartered in Galicia.
