PPlastic Repair System
Plastic Repair System (legal entity PLASTIC REPAIR SYSTEM 2011, S.L., known as PRS) is a Navarra-based circular-economy industrial company that repairs, maintains and adapts plastic objects — mainly returnable transport packaging such as pallets, crates, containers and lids — using a patented certified welding process with virgin high-density material. It claims repairs restore ~98% of structural and 100% of functional integrity at roughly 70% less cost than buying new, with drastically lower CO2 emissions than replacement or recycling, serving automotive, food, retail and industrial clients. Founded in 2011, it has raised a €1.5M round (2019, led by Easo Ventures) and a €4M round (September 2022, led by IMPACT Partners), and operates plants in Spain (Navarra, Valencia, Lleida), Mexico (Puebla, Saltillo) and Poland.
