Valencia-based ClimateTrade closed an oversubscribed €7 million pre-Series A (structured as a convertible note) for its blockchain-based marketplace that lets companies buy certified carbon offsets and climate-regenerative projects. No single lead was named; the company said it was targeting a further €13 million in a US-focused round within five months.
