Namarel Ventures is a Barcelona-based early-stage investor focused on healthcare. Founded in 2018, it invests in pre-seed and seed rounds and makes follow-on investments in its best-performing companies. It backs companies building medical devices, diagnostics and digital health solutions, with an emphasis on early diagnosis and the monitoring of medical conditions. It invests mainly in Spain, usually alongside business angels and venture capital firms, and works hands-on with its founders. Its portfolio includes Magentiq Eye, Methinks, Corify Care, Innitius, Cebiotex, Omniscope, Leuko, Pharmacelera, Nimble Diagnostics and MiMARK.
