MiMARK Diagnostics is a Barcelona-based women's health diagnostics company and spin-off of the Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), founded in January 2021. It develops protein-biomarker-based in vitro diagnostic (IVD) tests from minimally invasive gynaecological fluid samples via its GyLDa platform, led by WomEC/GyLDEC for endometrial cancer detection, which cuts diagnosis from roughly a month to about two days and reduces the need for invasive biopsies. The company is seed-stage, having closed a €4.22M seed round in November 2023 (including a €2.5M EIC Accelerator component) plus a subsequent ~€1M extension; it is headquartered in Barcelona at Parc Científic de Barcelona.
