ThyTech closed a capital increase with the entry of Spanish pharma group Farmalider (ideaTx) as investor and industrial partner, to scale up its thyTreg cell-therapy platform based on regulatory T cells from pediatric thymic tissue. The amount was not disclosed and no venture stage was stated; separately the company reported €2.2M of non-dilutive public funding (€1.8M from the Agencia Estatal de Investigacion's public-private collaboration programme and a CDTI NEOTEC grant), which is not counted as a round here.
