Bullnet Capital fully subscribed a €2M round in FYLA out of its Bullnet Capital III fund - the fund's fourth deal - to consolidate the product roadmap for supercontinuum and ultrashort-pulse fibre lasers and strengthen R&D, manufacturing and the commercial team. Bullnet's own site dates its entry to September 2018, with the round publicly reported in March 2019; after the deal the rest of the share capital stayed with existing shareholders Jeanología, the management team and researchers from the University of Valencia spin-off.
