FYLA (legal entity FYLA LASER S.L.) is a Valencia-based deep-tech photonics company that designs and manufactures all-fiber ultrafast lasers — supercontinuum and femtosecond sources — plus industrial inspection systems and free-space optical (FSO) laser communication links that transmit data wirelessly at fibre-optic performance. Founded in 2014 as a spin-off of the Optical Fibres Group of the University of Valencia, it serves scientific research, semiconductor and coatings inspection, biophotonics, and defence/space communications, and contributes secure optical links to the FCAS sixth-generation combat air programme with Indra. Backed by Bullnet Capital since 2018, in December 2025 Indra Group's €200M Indraventures I fund acquired a 24.8% stake — the fund's first investment.
