Micole closed its first announced funding round, €420,000 backed by eight investors: the angel group COREangels plus Felipe Navio (co-founder and co-CEO of Jobandtalent), Santiago Bernal (CFO of Cefetra), Borja Garcia-Fuster (CEO of All Iron Sports), Patricia Ferruz (partner at BCG), Manuel Robles (CEO of Ferticenter) and two unnamed entrepreneurs from the education and technology sectors; no lead was stated. At the time the platform had passed 2 million annual users across 30,000+ Spanish schools with 250+ centres on paid subscriptions, and the money was earmarked for adding centres in Spain and broadening services to schools and families. The Spanish commercial registry records a matching capital increase at Educadvisor S.L. on 25 April 2022 (nominal €1,892, taking share capital to €18,142); an earlier registry-only capital increase of €1,250 in August 2020 was never announced as a funding round.
