Vocdoni announced a $1M pre-seed round from angel investors to build and launch DAVINCI, its universal digital voting protocol using zkSNARKs and threshold homomorphic encryption. No lead was named; backers were described as individuals from leading Web3 projects, reported to include Jordi Baylina and people from the Ethereum Foundation, Polygon, OpenZeppelin, Giveth and Privado ID. The round funded DAVINCI's public testnet launch in June 2025, with token pre-sales planned for later in 2025.
