Histocell raised a €4M capital increase that brought in two new shareholders: the Cantabrian pharmaceutical group IFC (Industrial Farmacéutica Cantabria, now Cantabria Labs) and a French family investment group that was not named. The money funded clinical trials and the commercial launch of Reoxcare, its wound-healing dressing; after the round IFC became the third-largest shareholder behind Noray Biosciences Group and the venture capital fund Ezten. No lead and no stage label were stated.
