Voltrac came out of stealth in early June 2025 with €2M from FoodLabs and Antler, raised shortly after incorporation in 2024 and later referred to by the company and press as its pre-seed round. No lead was stated; Christophe Maire (FoodLabs/Atlantic Labs) was the most quoted backer, and Crunchbase-derived profiles additionally list Atlantic Labs, Angel Invest and Prototype Capital among early backers, which press coverage does not confirm.
