Jolt Electrodes — Series A · €6M

Jolt Solutions secured a €6M Series A+ extension to accelerate commercial growth of its SPARKFUZE activated electrodes for clean hydrogen, redox, DAC and e-fuels electrolysis, and to expand into water treatment, disinfection, chlor-alkali and electrowinning. No single lead was named; CDP Venture Capital invested through its Green Transition Fund and Corporate Partners I EnergyTech Fund and will also support setting up an industrial coating facility in Italy, bringing Jolt's disclosed equity funding to roughly €12M.
