Wallbox raised about €1.7M in May 2017 in a round led by Anangu Grup, the Barcelona family office of the Santacana family (owners of Eurofred), with Andorran bank MoraBanc and smaller banking participants also contributing. The company had roughly fifty employees and €2M of revenue at the time; only the month, not the exact day, is reported, and the round was covered mainly in retrospective Spanish-language accounts rather than a dated press release.
