Sqrups! launched an equity crowdfunding round through the Crowd Investment division of Fellow Funders, the CNMV-supervised Spanish platform, to finance national expansion and open a further 5 to 7 stores; the chain then had 48 outlets (46 franchised, 2 own) and had billed about €12M in 2019. The company had first flagged the round in February 2020 and no target or final amount raised was ever disclosed publicly, so the amount is left null; Fellow Funders is the platform rather than an investor, and the individual subscribers were not named.
