CDTI Innovación's venture arm Innvierte (Innvierte Economía Sostenible SICC) put €504,000 of equity into Niche Mobility in June 2025, co-investing alongside Mondragón Fondo de Promoción II FCR (managed by Clave Capital); the operation was disclosed in the MICIU/CDTI monthly co-investment release published in July 2025, which is why only the month is certain. The total size of this tranche was not disclosed beyond CDTI's own contribution, and it most likely tops up the €1.6M seed round announced in May 2025 rather than being a wholly separate raise.
