Niche Mobility's first outside round was an equity-crowdfunding (crowdequity) campaign on Crowdcube launched in April 2023 with a €300,000 target: it had passed €346,000 by 3 June 2023 and closed around 13 June 2023, with Crowdcube recording €443,753 raised from 244 investors at a €3.04M pre-money valuation. Money went to completing development and homologation of the first ADTS® units and team hiring; CEO Marc Barceló later described this first round as roughly €500,000 once direct commitments from business angels and private partners are included, and the company separately held a €228,300 IDAE NextGeneration grant that is not part of the round. Only the month of the close is firmly documented.
