Innogando closed a €1.4M round led by impact fund Fondo Bolsa Social (managed by Afi Inversiones Globales SGIIC) with €1M, with municipal venture vehicle Lugo Transforma re-investing €400,000 as a follow-on to its 2023 entry. The money is earmarked for commercial expansion and internationalisation of the RUMI smart collar, including a push into the United States; the company also reports having captured over €2M in induced financing and ~€400,000 of R&D project funding since 2023, plus more than €1.54M of European/public programme money since 2021, none of which is counted in this round.
