Lugo Transforma, the public-private venture fund promoted by Lugo City Council and managed by Torsa Capital, took its first stake in Innogando with €300,000, making it one of the first companies in the fund's portfolio. Only the year 2023 is documented in the sources (the investment is referenced retrospectively in the July 2025 announcement), so the date is given as 2023-01; at the time Innogando had 11 employees, and it had earlier drawn on an ENISA AgroInnpulso participative loan, which was not announced as a funding round.
