Roams launched its first public equity crowdfunding round on Crowdcube Espana with a €500,500 target and a 10 June 2016 deadline, offering Class C shares at €650 with voting rights and Class D shares at €26; it covered 25% of the target (about €125,125) from 142 investors in the first week. No closing figure was ever published, so the round amount is left null.
