Madrid-based HR Bot Factory closed its first funding round of €650,000, co-led by investment platform Dozen and DraperB1 with no single leader. Its AI virtual interviewer runs asynchronous video interviews and skills tests in several languages and had already screened over 500,000 candidates for clients including Prosegur, McDonald's and El Corte Inglés.
