Velora is a Madrid-based AI-powered talent acquisition platform — an applicant tracking system (ATS) with multiposting, multilevel candidate assessment (chatbots, video interviews, skills tests), AI voice agents that conduct automated phone screenings, document management, people analytics and digital onboarding. The company was founded in 2018 as HR Bot Factory (legal entity HR AI Solutions Factory, S.L.), pioneering recruitment chatbots in Spain, and rebranded to Velora in October 2024 at the HR Cool Festival. It has raised roughly €1.5M across two rounds (2022 and 2023) led by Dozen and Draper B1, has screened over half a million candidates, and counts Prosegur, McDonald's, El Corte Inglés, Desigual, Volkswagen, Starbucks, Burger King and CaixaBank among its clients.
