Circular

Circular is a Madrid-based recruitment platform for hiring technical talent. It runs a network where in-house recruiters recommend strong tech candidates they could not hire themselves, and other companies in the network can then hire those candidates. Pedro Torrecillas and Teo Ruiz founded the company in Madrid in 2018. By early 2022 more than 5,500 in-house recruiters had joined, including recruiters from companies such as Inditex, and the network listed more than 19,000 candidates. It operates in Madrid, Barcelona and London, and in 2022 it bought the Paris-based RecruitersClub. Point Nine and LocalGlobe backed Circular at pre-seed in 2019. In 2022 Kibo Ventures led a $7.5M Series A with Point Nine, LocalGlobe, All Iron Ventures, eFounders, Kima Ventures and Shilling, bringing total funding to about $10M.
