Peptomyc, a VHIO/ICREA spin-off developing the MYC-inhibitor cancer drug OMO-103, secured €8.6M from its existing shareholders via a convertible loan, of which €2.9M came from Spain's CDTI and €5.7M from Alta Life Sciences, HealthEquity, AurorA Science and business angels. No lead was stated; the company framed the operation as a bridge ahead of a larger round of up to €25M targeted for later in 2022.
