Capchase, the revenue-based financing platform founded by Spanish entrepreneurs Miguel Fernández, Ignacio Moreno, Luis Basagoiti and Przemek Gotfryd, raised an $80M Series B led by 01 Advisors; it had made over $2B in funding available to close to 3,000 recurring-revenue companies. The holding company is registered in New York but its largest operating hub and much of the team are in Madrid, and it is consistently covered as a Spanish startup; total equity plus debt raised stood above $400M at the time.
