Komvida Kombucha — Other

The CAPZA Transition fund took a stake in Komvida Organic Kombucha, the Extremadura maker of the probiotic drink founded in 2017 by Beatriz Magro and Nuria Morales, backing the founders' international expansion plans; the amount was not disclosed. It was the seventh deal for CAPZA Transition and its third in food & beverage, and Komvida held roughly a 70% share of the Spanish kombucha market at the time.
