BooBoo, which bills itself as Spain's first fully digital logistics operator and uses AI to match and optimise transport capacity across carriers, raised more than €430k via the equity crowdfunding platform SociosInversores.com, oversubscribing an initial €350k target. About 80% of the proceeds go to commercial development of the platform.
