Nuclia — Seed · €5M

Nuclia (formerly Flaps), a Barcelona company offering an API that adds AI-powered search over unstructured video, audio and text data, raised a €5M ($5.4M) seed round co-led by UK fund Crane Venture Partners and French VC Elaia, which had pre-seeded the company in 2021. The raise was announced alongside the open-source release of its vector database NucliaDB.
